HR Manager

Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and thorough knowledge of labor laws will support the comprehensive management of the HR department and ensure up-to-date compliance.
Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop a human resources team of 10, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Manage employee relations to handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair practices.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain qualified talent.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, updating company policies as needed.
Manage payroll systems accurately and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain up-to-date records using HR compliance management software and HRMS systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers and staff regarding HR policies, labor laws, and employee rights.
Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities, employee statistics, and compliance audits.
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and business needs.
Promote employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and performance management processes.
