Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 11 members to deliver project objectives within set timelines and budgets.
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with banking experience requirements.
Identify project risks and develop comprehensive risk management plans to minimize impact on project delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, to support transparency and accountability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies relevant to project execution in a banking-informed environment.
