We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative for our US-based projects. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our US / UK customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely manner.
  • Provide proper information about our properties, services, and policies.
  • To handle booking requests, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 6 - months of working experience in an International Call Center is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in an international call center or customer service role will be preferred.
  • Applicant must possess exceptional writing skills, language fluency, computer literacy, and phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with A Level/Intermediate background or Graduates with any majors will be preferred.
