- Lead the development of new programs that address community needs across thematic areas, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Establish short-term and long-term goals for programs that promote sustainability, scalability, and community empowerment especially for Education & Health.
- Develop new program proposals, implementation procedures, and final reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations) to create and monitor program budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Conduct regular evaluations of programs to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and potential for expansion or replication in other regions.
- Supervise the staff across thematic areas, ensuring projects are on track and goals are met according to deadlines.
- Meet regularly with community leaders, and local stakeholders to communicate program progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing & resource development teams to develop promotional strategies that increase the visibility and impact of the programs.
- Facilitate coordination between different departments (Finance, HR, Store & Admin etc.) for smooth program implementation and reporting.
