Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize in-store aesthetics and customer engagement.
- Design and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional presentations that align with the company’s brand image and marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts by creating visually engaging content, coordinating promotions, and interacting with the online community to boost brand awareness and traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels, including the website and social media platforms.
- Ensure product listings on the website are visually appealing and accurate, featuring up-to-date descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust visual merchandising, social media strategies, and online content for optimal sales performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to implement fresh ideas and stay ahead in visual merchandising and digital content strategies.
- Train store staff on best practices for maintaining displays and promoting featured products both in-store and online.
- Maintain inventory and budget for visual display materials and ensure cost-effective practices.
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns across physical and digital channels to drive sales and customer interest.
