General Manager

Mohsin Match is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead and oversee all factory and administrative operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic planning and operational management, particularly within an industrial setting. This role requires hands-on leadership of a sizable workforce, managing a team of 40 persons, and ensuring that all processes align with organizational objectives and quality standards. The General Manager will act as the vital link between senior management and operational staff to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity at the factory premises located in Peshawar. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC processes, and have a deep understanding of statistical analysis and process improvement tools. This role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff, suppliers, and senior leadership. Responsibilities further include managing procurement, inventory, transport, and logistics, all while championing continuous improvement and maintaining adherence to industrial best practices. Reporting directly to the ownership or senior management, the General Manager holds accountability for the entire factorys performance and administrative excellence.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational productivity and achieve organizational goals.
Lead, supervise, and manage a diverse team of 40 employees, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring clear communication across departments.
Oversee factory operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production schedules.
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and DMAIC methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve manufacturing and administrative processes.
Utilize process improvement tools and statistical analysis to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate procurement, inventory management, transport, and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Make sound administrative and organizational decisions based on thorough analysis and factory requirements.
Monitor financial performance of factory operations and assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and industrial regulations while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management or company ownership highlighting operational status, challenges, and progress.
Drive technical knowledge and best practices related to match factory production and facilitate skill development within the team.
Manage on-site presence full-time to directly oversee day-to-day activities and promptly address any operational issues.
Champion safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment for all factory personnel.
