Remote Corporate Services Specialist with Legal Background

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Services Specialist with a legal background to join our team. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our dynamic organization. If you have a strong understanding of corporate services, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent English skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle corporate services tasks, including company incorporations, statutory filings, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, and agreements.
Assist with client communication and provide advice on legal and corporate matters.
Coordinate with external advisors, including lawyers, auditors, and regulators, as required.
If experienced, assist in invoicing, basic accounting, or bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

A legal background with experience in corporate services.
Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
The ability to self-manage and work independently, while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Prior experience with invoicing or accounting is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel) and familiarity with corporate service platforms is a plus.
