We are a small packaging company and seeking talented and Experienced Business Development Executives, who are also well versed in using Upwork, Linkedin and other platform to extract leads for businesses that require paper packaging. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals, as well as experience in utilizing Upwork, Linked In and other platforms as a business development tool and adding value to our business.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize different sales platforms to identify and reach out to clients through various modes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop Estimates and Proposals.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and explore more dimensions.
- Email Marketing - Sending emails for the extracted leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Business Development Executive - Lead Generation Specialist, with a well-versed track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with consistency.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies and closing of sales.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related domain.
