• This position is responsible to manage Branch / Branchless Banking ATM Cards processing. Also, responsible to handle Queries / Complaints and to coordinate with MMBL Branches for cards delivery. To keep record and prepare daily/monthly MIS/Reports to manage processed, return and captured cards.
    • An Officer Debit Card Operations, will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of ATM card production, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance, duties will include:
    • Daily processing of Branch / Branchless Banking new / replacement of ATM Cards.
    • Queries and Ccomplaints handling received from all channels.
    • To ensure that the delivery of ATM Card at branches / given address through courier services.
    • To ensure that the customer's information in the system is accurate and up-to-date by updating their record with the latest information provided.
    • To keep record of Cards Process and prepare daily MIS and reconcile the same and prepare daily / monthly reports as well.
    • To handle captured and return cards and to ensure to update their status in systems as well, also ensure to keep records and prepare the MIS/reports as well accordingly.
    • Will stay in coordination with the team to develop a strategy for workflow throughout the year to make things easy & well manners according to requirement.
    • To complete the additional task, assign by Line Manager in routine or time to time basis.
    • Minimum bachelor s / preferably Master degree from HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign university.
    • Having at least two years of banking experience.
    • Having Proficient Knowledge of Local (Paypak) and International Schemes (e.g. MasterCard, VISA, Union Pay).
    • Understanding about PSD regulations
    • Having Proficient Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Access & PowerPoint.
