Firewall implementation on Linux environment as and when required by application teams with best industry practices. Configuration and Management of storage and presentation to physical & virtualized environment, LVM management and expansions on different servers. Installation, Configuration and Management of Veritas Netbackup Appliances solution. Installation, Configuration and Management of Various Monitoring Solutions including but not limited to Solarwinds SAM & SRM solutions etc. Installation, Configuration and Management of Various SFTP Solutions including but not limited to Solarwinds Serv-U MFT etc. Installation, Configuration and Management of the Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). Installation, Configuration and Management of MS Exchange Services 2013 and later versions. Installation, Configuration and Management of Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM) etc. Installation, Configuration and Management of Virtualization Management Platforms (Hyper-V) including standalone and cluster environments. Installation, Configuration and Management of enterprise storage (HP, IBM etc.). Installation, Configuration and Management of Windows Based Servers (all versions), IIS/FTP/SFTP Servers, KMS Servers, PKI Infrastructure (CA), Antivirus Servers. Trust between two forests, setting up, configuration and maintenance of servers and desktops (including group policies etc.) Performs Security Patching of all required servers and workstations. Performs fixes related to VA/PT exercises of servers and workstations. Hardware & Software Maintenance, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of all servers & environments (Live, Test & Disaster Recovery). Effective coordination with vendors for the resolution of relevant issues. Software distribution across server & clients. Centralized application rollout & maintenance through SCCM. Install, receive & distribute Antivirus updates to all servers and workstations. Assists in the development of standards for in-house internal & external applications Monitors & administers the in house application farms. Coordinates activities with help desk, network services & other IT groups. to resolve issues Keeps fully abreast of trends and changing technologies related to IT. Compliance & implementation of all policies & procedures in true spirit. Ensure compliance to IT audit observations/recommendations. Regular review & update of all relevant documentation. Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager. Undertakes regular soft training courses using online training portals to update soft skills.
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Sciences or other relevant field. Microsoft/Linux Certifications will be preferred. Minimum of 3 years related work experience Minimum of 2 years related work experience Installation, Configuration and Management of Virtual Environment Minimum of 2 years related work experience Installation, Configuration and Management Linux platform. 24 x 7 on-call availability of the resource even in Holidays/Annual leaves and he/she would be able to connect to corporate network to do the needful as and when required.
