• We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work cross-functionally with other teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to identify and experiment with new growth opportunities.
    • Developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
    • Developing, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
    • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.
    • Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies.
    • Creating reports and presenting performance metrics to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
    • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree/MBA would be a plus.
    • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role, preferably in a startup or tech company.
    • Proficient understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Familiar with CRM software and data analysis tools.
    • Proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
