• An Associate People Experience professional oversees the onboarding process for new hires and interns, ensuring all necessary documents and equipment are provided. They manage employee records, health insurance enrollments, and background verifications. Additionally, they address conflicts of interest and perform various administrative tasks to support the HR department's functions.
    • Oversee the entire employee onboarding process for new hires, including issuing hiring alerts and distributing bank equipment and new hire packages.
    • Ensure employee personal files and records are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage health insurance enrolment, including adding and removing dependents, and handle employee medical insurance updates for both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services.
    • Identify, report, and manage potential conflicts of interest in accordance with the Bank s Conflict of Interest Policy, especially concerning close relatives of current employees.
    • Conduct employee background checks and verifications, both pre-employment and through external agencies.
    • Handle intern onboarding, payroll preparation, and issuance of relevant letters.
    • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the line manager or Head of Department (HOD).
    • Hold a bachelor degree from a well reputed institution. However, MBA/Post-grad would be preferred.
    • Have minimum of 1 years of experience in Human Resource and Management.
