• As the Product Manager for Digital Banking, you will serve as an expert on our digital banking products, market landscape, relevant technologies, and competitive ecosystem. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project execution, and establishing partnerships with FinTech providers to enhance digital payment options and expand customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for initiating key documentation such as Change Request Forms (CRFs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), conducting detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and developing go-to-market strategies to grow our digital user base. You will analyze market trends, manage product performance, and collaborate with the product marketing team to drive differentiation and customer satisfaction.
    • Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technologies and the competition.
    • Manage and coordinate with cross functional teams for timely execution of the projects.
    • Arrange partnerships with local and international FinTech s for digital payment enablement to improve and expand digital banking touchpoints for customers
    • Raising Change Request Forms (CRFs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) & arranging stakeholder approvals for requirement finalization and locking
    • Raise RFQs (Request for proposals) and Single source mandates for partner on-boarding
    • Conduct detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans.
    • Develop product/service go-to-market strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis to increase bank s digital user base
    • Develop Product Roadmap, implement strategies and Track, Monitor, Analyze and Report Periodic product performance to advise opportunities for improvements and further developments.
    • Integrate Market research into product specifications to improve customer experience and increase satisfaction
    • Work with product marketing team to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors.
    • Monitor and share reports for management to better evaluate product performance and to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.
    • Collect, manage & maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
    • Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master s degree is a plus).
    • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within digital banking, FinTech, or a related industry.
    • Knowledge and understanding of UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch will be a plus
    • Proven track record of launching digital products and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
    • Strong understanding of digital banking products, payment solutions, and FinTech industry trends.
    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development and project management.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking or FinTech is preferred.
    • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable product features.
    • Strong analytical mindset to track, monitor, and report on product performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to develop clear documentation, including BRDs and RFPs, and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
    • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality before launch.
    • Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering a product experience that exceeds expectations.
    • Demonstrated ability to integrate customer feedback and market trends into product development.
