Mobile Application Developer-Full stack(React Native)

EY is looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack & Mobile to join its Global Delivery Services (GDS) Digital team. This role involves designing and delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions that include .NET backend APIs and React Native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The position plays a key role in supporting EY’s global growth by contributing to high-quality client service and innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, RESTful API development, and mobile app integration with Microsoft identity platforms. Additionally, they will mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and reusable services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Own API design, including request/response modeling, validation, authentication, authorization, exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
- Lead the development of React Native mobile applications for enterprise-grade iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, Microsoft identity platform, authentication providers, and other enterprise systems.
- Implement and troubleshoot MSAL authentication flows, token management, redirect URI/deep link handling, and secure session management.
- Support enterprise mobile security requirements such as Microsoft Intune app wrapping, app protection policies, secure storage, and SSL pinning.
- Manage mobile build, packaging, and deployment activities across Android and iOS ecosystems, including signing, provisioning, Gradle, Xcode, and CocoaPods.
- Build cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services and modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, security, architecture, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, define engineering best practices, and improve maintainability, reliability, and security of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead remediation efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET backend engineering and mobile application development.
- Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core for enterprise-grade applications and APIs.
- Solid understanding of REST API design, distributed systems, microservices, API security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for iOS and Android enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React concepts, hooks, component architecture, state management, and mobile navigation patterns.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with backend APIs, authentication systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft identity platform, MSAL authentication, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, JWT tokens, scopes, claims, and role-based access control.
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune app wrapping, Intune SDK concepts, mobile application management, and app protection policies.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS build ecosystems including Android Studio, Xcode, Gradle, CocoaPods, app signing, certificates, and provisioning profiles.
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, database design, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, API Management, and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Git workflows, and release management.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with React or Angular web applications, Redux Toolkit, React Navigation, push notifications, Firebase messaging, secure storage, mobile analytics, and crash reporting.
- Understanding of mobile security best practices including encrypted storage, SSL pinning, HTTPS-only communication, certificate handling, and secure configuration management.
- Knowledge of API versioning, Swagger/OpenAPI, Azure API Management, caching, and observability.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, event-driven architecture, messaging, and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Experience with unit testing and automation frameworks such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, xUnit, or NUnit.
- Ability to contribute to solution architecture, technical documentation, reusable components, engineering playbooks, and mentoring initiatives.
