As an HR Executive at Mnm Tech Solutions, you will play a key role in managing our human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with management to develop HR policies and programs that align with our business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and mediating disputes to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Support performance management processes, including helping managers with performance appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and reporting as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to HR processes and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (e.g., HRIS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
