Full Stack Developer - Remote
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. The ideal candidate will approach problem-solving with a strong technical mindset, attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Software & Application Development

Design and develop full-stack software applications

Build and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and database integrations

Develop scalable solutions that improve business operations, workflows, and automation

Integrate third-party platforms, services, and APIs as needed
Testing & Optimization
-
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, functionality, and reliability

Identify and resolve technical issues across the full software stack
-
Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and maintainability
Collaboration & Delivery

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices

Communicate project progress and technical recommendations throughout development phases
Deployment & Continuous Improvement

Utilize Git and version control best practices
-
Support deployment processes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows
-
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to ongoing improvements of systems and processes
Required Qualifications
-
Proven experience developing in full-stack software applications

Strong proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies
-
Experience working with databases, APIs, and version control systems
-
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
-
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines

Clear English communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or DevOps workflows
-
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
-
Familiarity with modern frameworks, CMS platforms, or website builders
-
Webflow experience is a major advantage

Understanding of UI/UX principles
