MiniCabRide Limited is a UK-based well-reputed taxi service company looking for English and Spanish-speaking customer service representatives.

 

Our Office is based in Commercial Market Rawalpindi and we have 18 employees working in our office right now,

We are expanding and recruiting 4 new staff members to cater to our needs for the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inbound Customer Calls
  • Chatting with customers and providing quotations and booking.
  • Reply by email to all enquires
  • Booking by Call, Chat, Email, and taking payments
  • Dispatching the Jobs to the Drivers.
  • Connecting customers with drivers by conference calls.

Following are the requirements for the post

  • Graduation
  • 1-year experience in a call center
  • Fluent in English or Spanish
  • Minimum Contract Length 2 years
  • Reading, and writing skills in English
  • Good typing speed i.e 30 to 40 words per minute
  • Professional Behavior

Duty Timing: Day and Night shifts 10 Hours duty
