Make outbound B2B & B2C calls to promote our services. Maintaining relationships with existing customer base while building new client pipeline. Ensure timely customer follow-up. Handle customer needs and requirements. Maintain a level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner. Ability to achieve monthly outbound calls targets. Ability to convert cold/raw leads into warm leads and schedule their calls with the sales team.

Experience & Skills: 

  • At least 1 year of working experience in call centers
  • Must have basic knowledge of websites, mobile applications, and, graphic design services.
  • Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
  • Must be a graduate and understand technology to nurture tech leads.
  • Strong Follow-up skills and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
