Minhaj Solutions is a growing IT Solutions providing company located in Lahore. We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Executive to join us and build a strong portfolio of clients, capable of getting bids from competitors, and creating proposals on the online working platforms of Upwork, Fiver, Guru, Freelancer, and People per hour, and other platforms. As a Business developer, you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development.

Requirements
- Should have a minimum experience of 2 years with Freelancing platforms, Upwork, etc. (Experience on LinkedIn will be a plus point)
- Must be fluent in English while communicating with the clients
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on targeted clients
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Should have the experience to manage the whole bidding sales cycle
- Able to take calls and close leads
- Should be able to Lead the team
