Call Center Agent

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our growing dispatching company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with carriers, presenting our services, and convincing them to partner with us for their dispatching needs. Candidates with prior experience as a cold caller or sales agent in a dispatch company are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact carriers via phone to introduce and explain the benefits of partnering with our company.
Effectively communicate our dispatching services and value propositions.
Address carrier concerns, answer questions, and provide detailed service information.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure long-term collaboration.
Maintain an organized record of calls, carrier feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new carrier partners.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Previous experience as a cold caller or sales agent in a dispatch company is highly desirable.
Ability to confidently handle objections and close deals over the phone.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the trucking industry, dispatching, or carrier operations is a plus.
Comfortable working independently with a results-driven mindset.
