Business Development Specialist

We are a digital marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into potential clients, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Convert leads into potential clients through effective communication and sales strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve our services
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM

Salary: PKR 35,000 to 40,000 (negotiable)
