Mindstorm Communications is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female HR Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic HR team.

Requirements and skills:

  • Calling social media leads and scheduling interviews
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite 
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering calls, emails, and drafting offer letters))
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a te
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

Timings:

02 pm - 07 pm or 04- 9 pm
