As an Operations Officer specializing in international clients, you will be a key player in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those nearing graduation, with no prior experience required. You will work closely with various departments to support our global operations and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Coordination: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities related to international clients, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Process Management: Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for international clients, addressing their operational inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update operational data and records, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing operational reports and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree with anticipated graduation within the next year.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
