We are looking for an Operations Executive to oversee and to support the day-to-day Procurement operations. One needs to work very closely with the reporting manager to ensure tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.

One will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes, maintaining records of all business activities, coordinating workplace events, preparing reports, and communications on behalf of management, negotiating with suppliers for pricing, sourcing, purchasing, managing inventory reports/analysis, prompt vendor communication, cargo documentation, etc. and provide administrative assistance to executives.

The role typically includes administrative, coordination, and communication responsibilities to ensure that the procurement process and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as second hand to the manager, and taking care of all activities.
  • Assist the Manager with operational issues.
  • Promptly answer the questions of staff (especially executives) and other stakeholders
  • Provide excellent service and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Prepare multiple reports in Excel and other documents.
  • Update logs and order forms.
  • Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the reporting Manager.

Requirements:

  • Master Degree will be a plus point but a Graduation/Bachelor degree is must.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations/admin/management/procurement is a plus point.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must and other relevant software (WeChat, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)Excellent English written and fluent verbal communication skills.
  • Additional skills in Business Writing are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ready to relocate in Islamabad/Lahore when required.
