We\'re looking for an E-Commerce Associate to oversee our online sales channels on day-to-day basis.
- The candidate must have experience with online product uploads and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ensure online products are visually appealing, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.
- Create and revise content, including writing and editing product features & descriptions.
- Handle transactions, complete online orders, ship products and process payments.
- Track inventory levels of merchandise on sales channels in coordination with company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s warehouse.
- Build and maintain the web stores, including product images, development, management, and promotion.
- Respond appropriately to customer queries and questions about products.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns.
- Review regularly product listings for accuracy, pricing mistakes, and missing information.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to make sure that orders are filled correctly and on time.
- Recommend changes to the patterns to improve sales efficiency and increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Graduation/Bachelor degree will be a plus point but not mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations is a plus point.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce.
- Good Knowledge of web usability best practices.
- Good Knowledge of images handling and basic editing in Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Days: 5 Days a week (Mon-Fri)Timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
