We're looking for an Operations Assistant to oversee and to support the day-to-day Procurement operations. One needs to work very closely with the reporting manager to ensure tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.
One will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes, maintaining records of all business activities, coordinating workplace events, preparing reports, and communications on behalf of management, negotiating with suppliers for pricing, sourcing, purchasing, managing inventory reports/analysis, prompt vendor communication, cargo documentation, etc. and provide administrative assistance to executives.
