Job Responsibilities:

  • Travel Itinerary Creation: Prepare detailed and accurate travel itineraries, ensuring all components (air, hotel, ground transportation, rail etc) are seamlessly arranged.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing tailored travel solutions.
  • Travel Documentation Guidance: Advise clients on essential travel documents, including passports, visas, etc.
  • GDS Systems Proficiency: Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Travelport and others to manage bookings and find the best deals.
  • Communication & Coordination: Regularly communicate with travelers or their arrangers to confirm travel details, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Supplier Relations: Stay informed about preferred suppliers and their offerings, ensuring clients are connected with the best providers for their needs.
  • Sales and Follow-Ups: Independently manage sales transactions, conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, collections, and date consolidations, and pursue leads to increase sales opportunities.
  • Professional Communication: Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and suppliers.
