Mid Level UI UX Designer

Our client, a U.S.-based technology company specializing in innovative software solutions for enterprise clients, is looking for a Mid Level UI/UX Designer to join their team full-time at their Kazani Heights, Soan Garden office in Islamabad. This is a 100% onsite night-shift role, with working hours from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Female candidates and those currently residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi are preferred. The company is focused on creating modern, scalable, and AI-forward products that deliver meaningful business value. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end product and brand design initiatives, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the overall UX/UI design strategy across products by establishing brand guidelines, design principles, and visual standards. Lead design initiatives from concept to final implementation, mentoring and supporting other UX/UI designers to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement. Assign and prioritize design tasks, review work, and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to design systems.

Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Translate these findings into actionable design enhancements. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, information architectures, and high-fidelity UI designs that are intuitive, accessible, and visually polished. Maintain scalable design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Develop interactive, high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder review and user testing, clearly communicating design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle within Agile/Scrum teams, balancing design quality with technical feasibility, timelines, and business needs. Review implemented interfaces to ensure alignment with approved designs, resolving any visual, usability, or interaction inconsistencies to maintain high design standards.

Required Qualifications

Proven professional experience in UI/UX, product design, and digital experience design, including previous leadership or mentorship roles within design teams. Strong understanding of UX strategy, design systems, and user-centered design principles. Proficiency in wireframing, user flows, journey mapping, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.

Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid knowledge of responsive and modern interface design. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and senior stakeholders. Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and interaction design quality. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant product and UI/UX design experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments are preferred. Important Note: This position requires full-time, 100% onsite attendance at the Soan Garden office with no remote or hybrid work options. Preference will be given to candidates based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
