We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Creating and processing invoices -
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or financial analysis and freshes also apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
