- The Executive HR will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, while also handling employee grievances and ensuring smooth employee relations.
- Process payroll using software ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate wages, deductions and overtime hours.
- Distribute paychecks or electronic transfers instantly.
- Manage payroll taxes and statutory deductions.
- Address employee inquiries about payroll.
- Collaborate with HR to investigate and resolve employee grievances.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
