We are seeking a talented and creative videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling video content that showcases our projects, highlights our brand identity, and engages our target audience. The videographer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, events, and other promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, property walkthroughs, corporate events, and client testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative video ideas aligned with the company’s branding and objectives.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Edit video content using professional editing software to enhance visuals, sound quality, and overall storytelling.
- Add graphics, animations, and effects to elevate video content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve video quality and creativity.
- Manage and organize video files and projects, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure video content aligns with marketing campaigns.
- Assist in live streaming events or creating real-time content for social media platforms as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and sound.
- Excellent creative and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with drone videography or photography.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or property marketing.
- Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design.
