A well-established international Contractor with a rich history of successful project delivery, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineers and Architects to join our team as a Senior Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the estimating and quantity surveying processes for a variety of construction projects.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential project information.
- Analyze and evaluate project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial impacts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimations.
- Mentor and guide junior estimators and contribute to their professional development.
- Participate in bid reviews, negotiations, and client presentations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in estimating software and industry-specific tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work during USA Office Hours and as-needed for deadline oriented work.
