- Implement and maintained NFPA codes in company.
- Plan Fire and Safety programs and promotional activities (e.g. Fire Safety Walk, Inspections, Incident reporting and recording, Fire & Safety Trainings HIRA ( Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment ) Fire & Safety internal Audits, Fire Drills and Evacuation Drills and Housekeeping campaigns.
- Investigate all reportable, Near misses, incidents and accidents.
- To prepare weekly report on the Fire Risk bases.
- Develop and implement Fire Management System/ Emergency Evacuation system, ensure the implementation of Fire & Safety policy.
- To implement new Fire Suppression and detection system or fixed Fire extinguish ball installed in Generator and Transformer area.
- Develop and Implement Hot work permit system.
- Prepared Fire & Safety report, Stats and information for management.
- Maintain awareness of Fire & Safety good practices throughout the company and Develop and conduct Fire Wardens and their Trainings.
- On site monitoring and implementation of Fire and Safety rules.
- Conduct Fire Risk Assessments in weekly bases.
- To conduct the Fire emergency drill, Fire Alarm Drill, Mock Drill, Spill Drill, Evacuations Drill, and preparedness response and their management.
- Ensure that toolbox talk is regularly followed and PPEs are adopted.
- On site monitoring and implementation of safety rules and precautions, Perform site hazard identification and risk assessment as per requirements.
Must Reuqired Federal Civil Defence Academy Courses.
