Software Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for a skilled 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐒𝐐𝐀) Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.The SQA Engineer will be responsible for implementing comprehensive testing strategies, analyzing software requirements, and collaborating closely with the development team to enhance product quality. This role is important to our commitment to delivering high-performance, user-friendly, secure software solutions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Design, develop, and execute software test plans and strategies to ensure product quality.
Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and documentation for both manual and automated testing.
Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and ensure quality.
Monitor and report on test progress, and generate test metrics and quality reports.
Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman, TestRail).
Experience in both manual and automated testing, with proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration.
