Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms, fostering community growth and interaction.

Content Creation:

  • Generate creative and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and shareable multimedia content.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor email marketing performance and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to gather insights, measure campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing the impact of digital marketing efforts on key metrics.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

8.       Website Management

    • Managing and creating suitable content for website.
    • Continuously monitoring website.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
