We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Customer Sales Representative to drive sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services in a compelling way to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with new and existing customers to promote and sell our services.
- Provide detailed product information and address customer queries to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
