We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling and can generate engaging ideas for reels and posts. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of current social media trends and will be responsible for planning, ideating, and guiding our content creation process to resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and impactful content ideas for reels, posts, and stories.
- Collaborate with our team to execute content ideas that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Plan and schedule posts across social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor trends and competitors to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and innovative.
- Analyze engagement data to adjust content strategies and drive growth.
- Engage with the audience to build community and foster brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, with a portfolio of successful content campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual aesthetics and engaging storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Understanding of analytics tools and content performance metrics.
