We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in HR or a related field and be ready to contribute to a fast-paced work environment. As an HR Officer, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and support a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure that HR practices comply with company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration, leave management, and performance reviews.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track HR metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR or a related field, with a solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
