Cyngro is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with solid experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Express.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and backend systems. This role demands a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and consistently produces clean, maintainable code aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications leveraging React.js and Next.js.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Develop, optimize, and manage databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Architect modular and scalable backend systems to support application growth.
- Utilize Next.js features such as server-side rendering, routing, and API integration to deliver production-ready applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance functionality.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and fellow developers.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold software development standards.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
- Experience working with TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols including JWT and OAuth.
- Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development processes.
- Good knowledge of relational database concepts and practical experience with PostgreSQL.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Job Details
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Wapda Town, Lahore. The working hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The salary range for this role is between Rs80,000 and Rs200,000 per month, reflecting experience and skill level.
