Job Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls professionally and courteously.
Handle inquiries from students, parents, and potential clients, providing accurate information and assistance.
Respond to and compose emails, maintaining effective communication with clients, partners, and team members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
Contribute to business growth efforts by supporting marketing campaigns, outreach, and client follow-ups.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain a well-organized work environment and records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
IELTS 7 or more.
High-speed internet.
High-end performance PC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using email, word processing software, and other office tools.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
