General Position Summary:
The Data Management Officer (DMO) has overall responsibility for data management of the project. The Data Management Officer reports directly to Sr. MEL Officer. The DMO will assist the MEL Team in outlining a strategic plan for Data Management for effective programming and maximum results. S/he will work closely with the project team to ensure the data being provided timely and recorded in the relevant databases.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Data Management Officer is responsible to assist the MEL Team, for collecting and organizing data of Public-School Students, ALP Learners, Vocational Trainees, and CMW of PREP ALL project. Moreover, the Data Management Officer will be responsible to acquire the hard profiling record program participants and maintain the files.

Reports Directly to: Sr. MEL Officer
Works Directly with: The Project Team and in close coordination with the MEL Team
