Responsibilities and Duties:
System Development and Management:

Training and Support:

- Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees regarding data management best practices.
Compliance and Security:
- Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
- Implement security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alterations, or breaches.
Records Management:
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of physical and digital records.
- Supervise the regular review, archiving, and disposal of documents according to retention schedules and policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports and insights that support decision-making.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data needs are met for analysis and reporting purposes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with department heads to identify data and filing system needs and to ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives.
- Communicate any system updates or changes to all staff members promptly.
Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
