You will play a vital role in promoting flydubai’s travel products and services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with flight bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for all flydubai passengers.

Key Accountabilities Included:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone, email, and in person.
  2. Assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and itinerary planning.
  3. Answer customer inquiries regarding fares, baggage allowances, flydubai destinations, and travel regulations.
  4. Process payments securely and accurately.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell flydubai products and services such as baggage allowance upgrades, seat selection, and travel insurance.
  6. Ensure all bookings and documentation comply with Flydubai's policies and procedures.
  7. Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  8. Contribute to achieving sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  9. Stay up to date on Flydubai's latest routes, promotions, and travel advisories. 

Minimum Qualifications / Experience/ Knowledge / Skills

1.    Diploma or relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism (preferred)

2.    Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales role

3.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4.    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Additional Requirements

  1. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  2. Ability to learn and adapt to new travel industry systems and technologies.
  3.  A passion for travel and excellent knowledge of Pakistan and the broader region (a plus)
