Key Accountabilities Included:

  • Monitor incoming tickets and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
  • Assign tickets to respective engineers located in different stations according to user’s location and nature of the issue.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets by following up with assigned engineers and users.
  • Provide Level 1 support to Head office staff when required, addressing their technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to agreed response and resolution times.
  • Communicate with engineers to ensure they are meeting SLAs and address any deviations.
  • Generate Cisco Meraki logs for all stations with Cisco devices.
  • Identify and highlight instances of all social app misuse that violates company policies.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions with line managers to educate staff on IT systems and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT devices and equipment.
  • Keep track of paper count for assigned stations and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Record IT expenses for assigned stations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with station teams to ensure entry of expenses and paper counts.
  • Collaborate with teams at different stations to coordinate IT activities, share best practices, and ensure consistency in expense reporting and paper count entries.
  • Perform imaging of new systems of deployment across stations
  • Install user-required software on IT systems.
  • Install in-house, Menzies, Airlines and third-party software and applications as needed.
  • Coordinate with teams across different stations to ensure consistent IT Support and reporting.

 Minimum Qualifications / Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills

  • Minimum Bachelors in Computer, BSCS, BSIT or MCS/MIT.
  • 3 Years of experience in relevant feild.
