Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder products as needed.

Stock Receiving and Dispatch: Receive incoming shipments, verify the contents, and ensure proper storage. Coordinate with vendors for timely dispatch of goods.

Store Organization: Arrange merchandise on shelves, ensure proper display, cleanliness, and attractive presentation to enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Service: Assist customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Staff Coordination: Supervise store staff, assign duties, schedule shifts, and provide guidance to ensure efficient operations.

Sales and Reporting: Monitor sales trends, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and meet sales targets.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries of goods.

Cash Handling: Oversee cash register operations, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accuracy in monetary transactions.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulations.

Assisting in Administration: Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing paperwork as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.       Proven experience (1-3 years) in a retail or store management role is preferred.

2.       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3.       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4.       Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.

5.       Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

6.       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7.       Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and sales records.

Education and Experience:

1.       High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is advantageous.

2.       Previous experience in a retail environment or store management is beneficial.

3.       Training in customer service, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.
