Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Implement performance management systems.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Organize training and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
