  • Staying current on developing trends in the banquet Hall industry.
  • Managing staff and customers.
  • Increasing of sales and inflow of customers.
  • Overseeing with the kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery.
  • Budgets.
  • Legal authorities issues if there are any.
  • Make sure everything is done according to law and order.
  • Recovery of payment by clients.
  • Keeping the Md updated with the profit and loss statement.
  • Making sure everything is approved by the authority of accounts and md.
  • Control on the expenses.
