Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on various legal matters, including case laws, statutes, and regulations. Provide well-documented legal opinions.
Drafting & Reviewing: Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal correspondence.
Case Management: Manage and oversee the progression of legal cases, ensuring timely filings, compliance with deadlines, and effective communication with clients.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on case progress, and discuss legal strategies.
Litigation Support: Assist in preparing cases for court, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Attend court proceedings as necessary.
Advisory Role: Offer legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other associates and partners to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. LLM is an advantage.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
