E-Commerce Campaigns:
- Devise engaging E-Commerce campaigns, provide input for website materials, and maintain accurate stock information.
Customer Engagement:
- Monitor feedback for an enhanced online shopping experience, implementing customer-centric strategies.
Sales Performance & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular E-Commerce competitor analysis, set and achieve sales targets, and analyze performance data for growth opportunities.
Quality Control:
- Tailor quality measures for optimal online customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and logistics, in the e-commerce Industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and other relevant technologies.
