We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is currently remote, with the potential to transition to an in-office role in the near future. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with international clients, excellent English language skills with a clear accent, and the ability to manage clients across different time zones, specifically USA and UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring all clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relations, preferably with international clients.
- Excellent English language skills with a clear and professional accent.
- Ability to work remotely and transition to an in-office role if needed.
- Flexibility to work across USA and UK time zones.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary:
- 4o,000 pkr for the first three months.
- Potential for salary increase after three months based on performance.
